Cancellation Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ advance notice for all appointment cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. No-Shows Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service amount. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service in order to accommodate scheduled clients. Full service fees will still apply regardless of shortened treatment time.
